Fixtures & Furniture

PRINCIPLES

  • Fiberstone fibre can be used to apply stone veneers to wooden furniture structures and panels, or for final fixtures.
    • It is light, available in large formats, and is easy to affix.
    • It can either be installed directly on site or in a joinery shop. Decorators can also send units to be fitted out in Fiberstone's workshops.
  • Fiberstone hc is rigid enough to be used directly on simple wooden or metal frames. The result is a light, robust, mobile unit with the appearance of solid stone.
  • Fiberstone glass provides a dual-purpose coating:
    • With translucent materials, backlit veneers provide astounding decorative effects.
    • The glass veneer protects the material above (bar surface, etc.) against liquid which might stain the stone.

DESCRIPTION AND USE OF Fiberstone fibre

  • The panels are glued to joinery units (particle board, plywood or medium density fibreboard) with a compatible adhesive sealant, e.g. spreadable polyurethane. These high adherence sealants allow the panels to be adjusted perfectly.
